Todd:
I am glad that Alexia is on board with The Mystery Method. That really makes me happy knowing she approves. Recently I was on the Internet doing some research on our boy when I found the following post from a guy who visited one of Mystery’s boot camp in Toronto. It was quite interesting reading his account of the Pick-up Artist in Action.

“If there was a term to describe what this bootcamp was like, that term would be “life-changing”. There really is no other way to describe it.

There theory and detail of the seminars went beyond anything you could ever read in a book or pickup in a DVD. Having both Matador and Mystery coach and critique everything from tonality to facial expressions to posture to lean-ins did more for my game than I ever could have imagined. The detail of explanation and the passion with which the techniques and theory were taught made the seminars alone worth the money.

The in-field instruction was phenomenal. Matador and Mystery abolished just about every one of my sticking points and showed me things that I could only ever have learned by watching them in-field.

Matador was awesome. He is the king of body language, playfulness, and kino. His teaching completely changed my game. Having him direct and calibrate me while in a set was more powerful than any seduction book or video could ever hope to be. He is so alpha it’s insane, and yet he still conveys a certain sensitivity that sets seem to adore.

Seeing Mystery in field was like watching a force of nature: what’s happening right in front of your eyes is so amazing that you can’t quite believe that you’re actually witnessing it. This is a man who exudes charisma and sexuality in such a way that most people cannot help but be drawn to him. Every negative thing I had ever heard or read about him was wiped out within the first ten minutes of meeting him. Anyone who says Mystery doesn’t have it is either jealous or has no idea what they’re talking about. Being near him felt like being around a celebrity. You could see that feeling be telegraphed to nearby sets he hadn’t even opened yet. His ability to pull sets, AMOG or befriend obstacles, create kino and DHV are beyond anything I have ever seen before. He really does have a super power.

JDog was no slouch either. I only got to see him do a couple of sets, but the ones I saw were throwing IOIs like mad! And seeing him tool an aggressive AMOG was absolutely hilarious. He has the presence of a rock star. You feel cool just being near him.

On top of everything else, this seminar wiped out just about every fear I ever had about pickup. I opened a set with the same opener someone else had ran and recovered without any trouble. I had a wing try to run the same routine I had just ran and was able to catch him in time without suspicion. Matador even told a set that I was a pickup artist, and, thanks to what I had learned, I still k- and #-closed the target using textbook game. How cool is that?

It would take years to accomplish on my own the things I accomplished through this bootcamp. I recommend it to anyone and everyone who wants to get good at the game insanely fast.”

Alexia:
Hmmm, quite interesting, I must admit.

I am on the bandwagon for the Mystery method. Here is a Video of the pickup Guru Mystery sarging a girl who throws a lot of shit tests at him.
Check this video out. It’s a bit long but it’s worth it if you want to study his method.

Ever since I wrote about the Mystery Guy, Matador and J Dog, all I’ve heard from Todd is he is amazing. After hearing Todd praise Mystery for about two months now, I had to do some personal research. I came across this video and I must admit he is amazing. I would definitely listen to what Mystery has to say if I were the unassuming girls in the video. When a guy comes across as NOT trying to hit on me, since I’m pretty awesome and all, I tend to give them the time of day as I would Mystery if I was in the video. WOW. Just WOW! Check out his site and buy some of his books. His boot camp is a bit pricey though, but I am sure Todd can afford it. He needs all the help he can get. Sorry.

Todd:
I am glad you are finally on my side. I love his site.

I was led to believe that Alexia’s account of VH1’s “The Pick-up Artist” was the true representation of the show, but I was wrong. Mystery and his faithful wingmen Matador and J Dog are doing what they set out to do, they are trying to teach eight misfits to compete for the title of “Master Pick-Up Artist”. Their techniques can definitely save a shy guy from many lonely and dull nights in a bar. And who cares how Mystery, Matador and J Dog appear; it’s about the techniques not the looks. The whole premise of the show is to instill self confidence. I like the show a lot. Alexia can’t get over their appearance but I look at the message and I was very impressed by watching my first show last night. Watch the show and let us know what you guys think?

I’m sure most of you have heard about this new show that airs on VH1, The Pick-up Artist. Yes?… No? Well for those of you who have, can I please get someone’s opinion on this, beside you, Todd? For those of you who haven’t a clue what I’m talking about,

in a nutshell, it’s about 8 socially challenged men who pack up and head to Texas where they will all live together in hope of guidance from Eric, A.K.A “Mystery”, a “Master Pick-up Artist” and his two friends. Each week there is a different lesson to be learned by these romantic illiterates. The one with the weakest game (not that any of them had any coming into this) will be sent home after a deliberation.

Okay, great! Good for them that they’re stepping up. My problem lies here… Have you SEEN this guy, Mystery? He looks to me like a wannabe Tommy Lee who sports a hat similar to the one Pamela Anderson wore to the 1999 MTV VMA. Oh, it gets worse, that’s only when he isn’t wearing that awful thing that resembles a swimming cap. He even pairs it off with goggles! For all I know it could really be a swimming cap. His friends who take credit for being “Master Pick-up Artists” don’t look any more credible themselves. Their names “Matador” and “J-Dog” don’t help them either. I can’t understand how these 8 men can put their trust in a man who is cross dresses between Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee to help them find their Mo-Jo.

C’mon… His “entourage” go by the name of Matador and J-Dog!!! Matador btw looks like a foreign Jesse Katsopolis only he has NOTHING on Jesse’s hair or anything else for that matter. The only thing that stood on J-Dog (besides his unfashionable sense of fashion) was the 2 BLACK stripes on the side of his blonde/ yellow set of hair. Who does that and claims to be a “Master Pick-up Artist”? I’m sorry but Mystery, Matador, J-Dog… If I ever got set up on a blind date with one of you the only thing you’d be picking up would be the tab.
